Your Care, Your Choice

Westminster City Council is delighted to have awarded a self directed support and home care contract to the following recommended organisations:

• Housing 21
• Allied Healthcare Group
• Mears Care Ltd
• Sevacare
• BS Home Care
• Vincentian Care Plus

These organisations have been chosen to provide tailor made support to adults in Westminster because:

• They are registered with the Care Quality Commission
• Each organisation has been selected because of its commitment to personalisation, its response to safeguarding and keeping people safe
• Staff have Criminal Record Bureau checks, they are trained and supervised
• Each organisation has appropriate policies and procedures to deliver tailor made services
• Each organisation will implement electronic monitoring by 31 January 2011 at the latest to ensure you get what you need
• Each organisation has a diverse staff group, and will be happy to try and match your language and cultural requirements.

The services that these organisations can provide include practical and personal support. They will work with you to provide the care and support that you need in the way that you want it delivered.
