Message in a Bottle

Basically, your details are stored in a plastic container which is kept in the fridge. Two green crosses are provided - one for the inside of your front door to alert the emergency services and one for on your fridge.
How do I get one?
There are several distribution points in Westminster where you can simply go and collect one. The main ones are:
- Age Concern Westminster, 23-25 Praed Street W2 1NJ
- Westminster Social Services Reception, 215 Lisson Grove NW8
- Westminster City Hall Social Services Reception, 64 Victoria Street SW1
They are also available at some pharmacies and through Housing 21 carers, amongst others.

Is there a charge?
The Message in a Bottle scheme is free. Simply pick up a bottle at one of the distribution points.
