Day Care Centres
We are changing the way we provide day care in line with the Governments policy direction on 'Personalisation'. In the future, more people will be given a 'Personal Budget' to meet their needs in an individualised way. See our information on Personalisation for more details.
Day care services are currently provided mainly by Housing 21 and can help you with:
- developing your independence
- getting involved in social activities
- personal care such as bathing
- exercise
Following a consultation on day care, it was been agreed that the Carlton Dene day care centre and Tresham day care will close and be replaced by the dementia resource centre at Westbourne Park Road W2.

How do I get day services?
You will need to be assessed to determine if day care is appropriate for you. Find out more about assessments here.
