Keep Warm Keep Well

The 'Keep Warm, Keep Well' campaign is launched each autumn by the Department of Health. It is a campaign to give information and advice about staying well in winter by keeping warm. Older people are particularly vulnerable and are also eligible for a winter fuel payment.

PALS (Patient Advice and Liaison Service)

PALS are part of the Primary Care Trust (PCT) but will also offer impartial and confidential advice about the service.

They are not a formal complaints service, but will be able to advise you how to complain if you wish to.
