The Re-ablement Service is a new service provided by Westminster Adults Services in Partnership with NHS Westminster. It provides planned, short term intensive services that work with you to help you to do as much as you can for yourself.

Westminster Centre for Independent Living provides services and opportunities for disabled people ages 18 to 64.

Instead of social services providing your care, you can get direct payments to buy the care you need.
