Young Carers
It can be tough but rewarding to be a young carer. You might worry about the person you are looking after and being a carer doesn't give you much free time to yourself.
Are you a young carer? If you are under the age of 18 and you help to look after an adult in your family who may have a physical illness, disability or frailty, or mental ill health, or may be having difficulty because of alcohol or drugs, then you could be a young carer.
If you are a young carer, and you live in Westminster, we might be able to give you some support. Contact us to find out more.
