We recognise that a carer’s role can be stressful and time consuming, as well as physically demanding. Carers Network Westminster, Westminster Carers Service and Westminster City Council have jointly produced an information handbook which aims to help carers identify and access different types of support to help make their own lives easier.

The booklet is available to download below and at a range of local services including pharmacies and health centres.
