The blue recycling bags are now delivered in flat-packs of 26 bags, rather than rolls of 50, which can be posted through your letterbox and labelled with your flat number and name, where applicable.
With 87% of Westminster properties being flats, the new form will ensure you get your recycling bags as quickly as possible and will help us save money by avoiding repeat deliveries.
