Roadworks
Road works are a part of life and, in order to minimise disruption to traffic and pedestrians, work is normally undertaken at night.
Permission has to be given for these works to go ahead during unsociable hours and every effort is made by the construction teams to minimise the noise and nuisance they may cause local residents.
