Like electric cars electric scooters are powered by a battery which can be recharged by plugging into a normal 13-amp electricity supply.
Why Should I buy an Electric Scooter?
- Free parking for electric scooters in 4,000 motorcycle parking bays in the Borough
- Electric scooters are entitled to apply for the 'electric' Westminster Ecomark, a vehicle badge that is awarded to vehicles that are fuelled by gas or electricity. It identifies the vehicle as one that contributes to the reduction of air pollution in London and the owner can receive updates on what's happening in the field of electric and gas vehicles as well as occasional freebies and invitations to events.
