Residential Unit Sum Update
Update to the residential unit sum used in financial contributions in lieu of affordable housing contained within the Unitary Development Plan
As per Unitary Development Plan policy H4 paragraph 3.52 (Chapter 3), the per unit sum in lieu of affordable housing is updated annually to reflect increases in land values. The figure for 2011/12 for use from 1st April 2011 will remain at £195,000, and £260,000 for the designated higher value areas.
