Pre Application Advice

If you are considering carrying out development works or other proposals that may require planning permission or a related consent, we can provide you with advice and information to help speed up the development process and avoid unacceptable proposals. 

The provision of advice on development schemes is time consuming and so we impose a charge for this service. 

Please Note: We can only provide advice in relation to a specific property and on receipt of sufficient information and the appropriate fee.   Please read the appropriate guidance note and details of pre-application fees below before submitting your enquiry.
