The Paddington Special Policy Area  (PSPA),known as Paddington Waterside, was created by Westminster City Council in 1988 and is centred on Paddington Station and the canal basin. It contains several large sites which together make up the largest development area within Westminster.

For up to date information of the developments within the Paddington Special Policy Area please see our Fact Sheet

The sites covered by the Paddington Special Policy Area (PSPA) Review are shown on the PSPA Review Map.  The map includes the location of approved applications in the PSPA, as well as a full list of Planning Briefs for the site. The Planning Publications database contains links to these Briefs and other planning documents produced by the Council.

In addition to the briefs, the Council has produced a Paddington SPA Public Realm Strategy for the Paddington Waterside area.

See the In Paddington Website for further information.
