Dudley House, North Wharf Road and Harrow Road Planning Brief

On the 27th October 2009 Westminster City Council adopted as a Supplementary Planning Document (SPD) a Planning Brief for the site that includes Dudley House, North Wharf Road and 139-147 Harrow Road, London W2.

The City Council is committed to setting out a clear planning framework for the development of Westminster. The objective of this planning brief is therefore to set out the council's planning considerations relating to the potential redevelopment of the Dudley House and 139-147 Harrow Road site.

The brief sets out the background to bringing forward the redevelopment of the site and the wider aim of the council to ensure that any development constitutes a qualitative and quantitative improvement to the residential housing stock in the city.

In accordance with the relevant regulations a Consultation Statement and Adoption Statement for the SPD have been prepared and can be viewed via the following links.
