Shopping Centre Health Check Reports
Westminster City Council commissioned consultants to undertake 'Health Check Surveys' of Westminster's 7 District Shopping Centres to measure the vitality, viability and "health" of these centres in accordance with Planning Policy Statement (PPS) 6: Planning for Town Centres. The reports were finalised in 2007.
