Entertainment SPG

The draft supplementary planning guidance [SPG] supplements existing RUDP policies TACE 8-10 by providing an aid to their interpretation, and to assist in determining planning applications involving entertainment uses within the Stress Areas and Central Activities Zone (CAZ).

The city council recognises the important contribution the entertainment industry makes to the City. The draft SPG offers bespoke guidance for sub-areas within these parts of Westminster that contain the largest concentration of entertainment uses.

Phase one of the draft SPG applies to the first 18 of a total of 33 sub-areas which when completed will form the SPG - Entertainment Uses in Westminster.
