Annual Monitoring Report (AMR)
Westminster has published its Annual Monitoring Report (AMR) for the period 1st April 2009 to 31st March 2010. It highlights the Council's achievements and progress in delivering its key planning objectives, including facts and figures about housing delivery, office, retail, light industrial, entertainment and hotel floorspace. There are also sections on environmental issues and performance. All this is set against a profile of Westminster including information on its international and national role, its population, and environment and transport issues.
The AMR also sets out progress in meeting targets in producing Local Development Documents as set out in our Local Development Scheme (LDS) 2008.
