Molyneux Street
Molyneux Street is a small conservation area located in central Westminster, just east of the Edgware Road.
At the centre of the conservation area, Molyneux Street itself is characterised by modest early 19th century terraced properties in yellow stock brick. The original narrow plot widths give the area a compact and intimate character. There has been some late 19th and 20th century development, notably in the enclosed Cato Street and to the north, along Crawford Place.
The Molyneux Street Conservation Area was first designated in 1974 and extended in 1990, 1993 and 1994.
