Using the national Planning Portal you can complete you application form, attach supporting documents and pay fees online saving you the cost of printing and postage and get an immediate acknowledgement when your application is received.

If you prefer, you can complete your application form online and submit supporting documents and fees by post, quoting your planning portal application number.   

Please note a planning application cannot be progressed until all the necessary supporting information and the approriate fee is received. Please therefore ensure you have read the appropriate validation checklists and addressed any issues covered.

If you prefer to apply by post you can print planning application forms but note in most cases you will need to provide four copies of all documents.
