Case study - HM Treasury, Whitehall

HM Treasury, Whitehall, London Julian Daniel of Bovis Lend Lease employed Westminster District Surveyors to work on the refurbishment and reconstruction of two Grade II listed Treasury buildings on Whitehall in London. The team was always available and never baulked at providing an out-of-hours service. In fact, Westminster District Surveyors truly were part of the team. A Westminster District Surveyor spent one day a week on the site which meant the surveyors could offer a complete and tailored service. The ability to make decisions quickly was very important to Julian and thanks to the combination of planned and informal discussions this was always possible.
