Drainage in the City of Westminster

Mains drainage within Westminster is 'Combined' i.e. rainwater and foul water discharging into the same drain.

It is the responsibility of WDSS to inspect all new drainage up to and including the connection to the main sewer, at which point it becomes the responsibility of Thames Water Utilities Ltd.
