E-mission Form

Welcome to the Westminster Carbon Alliance E-mission Form.

Completing this form is our first step in measuring energy usage and CO2 emissions from buildings in Westminster. The data you supply will be used only to support you in achieving emission reductions and to monitor the Alliance's annual progress and will not be passed on to any third parties without your consent.

Once your E-mission form is complete we will contact you to discuss next steps.

In order to complete the form you will require the following data

• a password for your group which will be supplied to you
• name and address of building
• number of employees
• floor area of building
• annual electricity use for calendar year 2008
• annual gas use for calendar year 2008
• details of any renewable electricity and CO2 offsetting purchased by your company.

You can save the form and come back to it later if required.
