Mould
Moulds are microscopic fungi that live on organic substance, including food. Moulds can grow at temperature as low as 2 C in refrigerator. Some moulds can cause allergic reactions and respiratory problems and some in the right conditions, produce "mycotoxins," poisonous substances that can make people sick.
