Ice Machine

Ice Machine usually refers to a standalone appliance that it built for making large quantities of ice. Commercial ice cube machines improve the quality of ice by using moving water. The faster the water moves the better the ice quality.

Ice machines should be maintained and cleaned using a food safe chemical e.g. Milton Solution, this will reduce the likelihood of a chemical contamination to the ice if rinsed thoroughly and reduce the build up of mould or dirt building up within the machine. This appliance should be included in your cleaning schedule.
