Bacillus Cereus
Bacillus Cereus is a bacteria which can cause food poisoning between one to five hours after eating contaminated food - usually dishes containing rice or cereals. The bacteria can survive normal cooking and can grow rapidly and produce chemicals which cause food poisoning if the food is not cooled quickly and refrigerated.
