About us

Our Children's Centre is made up of local organisations working together to deliver quality early education, childcare, family support and outreach services to the local community.

We can also refer you to health services, employment advice and support for children with special needs.

Other services include:

  • breastfeeding support
  • breakfast club at Hallfield Junior School
  • drop-in sessions
  • developmental health reviews at 9 months and 2 years

Specialist services:

  • support for the parents and carers of disabled children provided by KIDS (including home visits)
  • school/nursery special needs support teams
  • English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) classes
  • JobCentre Plus - access to training and employment
