Mary Paterson opens from 8am till 6pm for children using the extended day or for information.

About us

Harrow road children centre is made of a variety of settings which all work together to ensure the core offer of children centres covered. Those settings are: Essendine Primary school, Queen’s Park Community nursery, St Stephens (Buffer Bears) nursery, WECH drop in, Woodfield clinic and the Outreach team.

Meet our parents: Our parents are representative of the diverse community who lives in the Harrow road area. Our Parents Forum is called ‘Parents Voice’ and meets every two months. The parents are represented by Jennifer Ellis on the delivery group which is the body which directs the work of the children centre. Our Parents Voice is a vibrant and exciting group with a clear idea of what they want for the area.
