Older people have a lot to offer as volunteers, and a lot to gain. The VCW is currently trying to recruit more older and retired volunteers - have a look at the information on their website and get in touch with them.

The Olympics come to London next year. What better time to sign up to become a sports volunteer? Westminster has a huge amount of sports clubs, many of whom use volunteer coaches provided by the VCW.
