The statement of accounts for the year ended 31 March 2010 has been prepared and published in accordance with the Accounts and Audit Regulations 2003 and the Code of Practice issued by the Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy 2009.  The statement was approved by the Audit & Performance Committee of the Council on 30 June 2010.  Amendments arising at Audit were approved by the Committee on 23 September 2010.
