Your One Stop Express

We have provided new Your One Stop Express computers in over 20 locations across Westminster providing FREE access to the internet. These include Westminster libraries, community centres, CityWest Homes area service centres and some estate offices. 

At Your One Stop Express locations, you can:

• get FREE access to the council’s website
• use a free phone to speak to council departments
• make card payments for council tax, rents and parking tickets
• view and comment on planning applications
• print, complete and submit applications
• get information on local services and much more

At a library Your One Stop Express location, you can get help with online parking applications:

• apply for  a parking permit
• renew your parking permit
• change your parking permit
