Parking Applications at Your One Stop Express
If you are applying for, renewing or changing a resident parking permit, you can now do this online. You will need to upload copies of the required proofs of residency and vehicle. You can do this by scanning or taking a photo of your proof document then saving and uploading this with your application.
This is a self serve option however a member of staff will be available to assist you to scan and upload your documents if you are having trouble uploading your documents.

You can also apply by post by completing an application form and sending to Permits Administration, PO 5744, Dingwall, IV15 9WW.
