Nationality Checking Service

"Testimonial"

The service was efficient, courteous and prompt. Sheila was very professional and we will recommend to anyone applying for Citizenship.

The Nationality Checking Service is not a fast track application service and does not guarantee the success of an application.

"Testimonial"

Sheila was helpful and informative. We were made to feel comfortable and relaxed. Sheila was polite and had a good knowledge of the procedure.

"Testimonial"

As an Australian couple living and working in the UK for almost 8 years, we had heard about the Nationality Checking Service through friends and decided it was a great idea. We were eager to ensure the process was as streamlined as possible and also wanted to retain our passports as we travel fairly regularly.

The Westminster team provided an outstanding service from beginning to end. We were able to get an appointment very quickly and Sheila, the officer who dealt with us on the day helped reassure us we had completed the forms to the appropriate standard and supplied all the documentation required. This made a huge difference and removed a great deal of stress from the process.

Soon after our application went in, we were thrilled to receive an invitation to attend a citizenship ceremony at Westminster Town Hall. The day was fantastic! We received a lovely gift and got to meet some of the other members of the team, who could not have been more polite or helpful.

Overall, we would highly recommend the Nationality Checking Service in Westminster.

Thanks for all your help.

Leah & Sam – two very happy British Citizens!

We came as a family. Our NCS appointment was very good. The lady who attended us – Anne Regis – immediately put us at ease with her cheerful smile and disposition. She was extremely professional and able to relate well with our daughter. She spoke with clarity and calm.
