The London Asylum Seekers Consortium (LASC) supports London boroughs in the provision of services to UASC and young people. LASC assists the London Boroughs in addressing issues of asylum and immigration and refugee integration and migration. LASC works in partnership with London boroughs, UK Border Agency (UKBA), London Councils, voluntary agencies and government bodies in the safeguarding and protection of children and young people.

The LASC website is currently under construction and being redesigned to update and refresh the look and usability of the site. The LASC website will be a centralised information point for London boroughs, stakeholder and external agencies. The website will also host a ‘Good Practice’ page for London boroughs to share ways of working with Young People. This will also provide the foundation for information and general enquiries raised by local authorities. LASC will research projects and initiatives in London for children and young people and these services will be sign posted within the website for London boroughs to access.
