Applying to hold an event or shoot in one of our parks

If you want to hold an event in a Westminster park or open space, you can apply by using our online Application Portal.

As many of our spaces are preserved under by-laws and Acts such as the London Squares Preservation Act 1931, there may be restrictions on the type of event you wish to hold. The Special Events Group can advise you about this when you apply.

We operate under the principle that our parks and gardens are intended for the use of the public, and we will charge a fee for their use as event or film locations, based on the amount of time you use the park for, and how much of it you use. We will also charge a reinstatement fee to restore the park after your activity. Please click here for our current charges.

Please see the site specific information packs below, which contain all relevent information relating to each park.  This page is continually being updated, so please check back for further locations in the near future.
