How to Apply
We aim to make applying for your event or film shoot as easy as possible.
To apply to hold an event or film/record in Westminster, just follow these steps:
1. Read through either our Event Guidelines or Filming Guidelines
The Guidelines will tell you what to do, how long it will take and how to plan your event or shoot successfully.
2. Apply using our Online Application
Once we receive your form, we will email to confirm that we have received it. We will then make a decision on your application, based on the information you give us.
3. Receive your application decision
We will email you back letting you know if your application was successful and will send you a request for payment if applicable. If your application is not successful, we will tell you why and you can re-apply for free.
4. Apply for additional services if needed
If you need other services later (like parking or Premises Licences) you can apply for these after you submit your application. If you are a charity, not for profit agency, school or community group, you can apply for a waiver to waive some or all of our charges.
