
Welcome to Special Events! We exist to provide a one-stop regulation and information service for event and filming activities on the Council's public highway.
On our pages you will find information and guidance on how to apply to film, hold an event, or hold a premiere. In addition, we also publish details of forthcoming Events and Film Premieres.
Our normal core hours of business are Monday - Friday between 09.00 - 17.00hrs excluding Christmas and Bank Holidays and our phones lines are open between these times. To read more about us click what we do.
