
Over the past few months, Westminster City Council have been engaging with the local community regarding the proposed development of the Moxon Street car park site.
Westminster City Council is looking at the development potential of the site as a whole, and has held a series of 17 consultation meetings with local residents, businesses and key stakeholders to gauge opinion on the best use for the site. Our appointed architect, Feilden Clegg Bradley Studios have now made recommendations to the Council regarding suitable development options for the site with regard to the Moxon Street Car Park Planning Brief.

The architect has found that:
The City Council will now work to determine what the best use for the Moxon Street site will be, taking into account the feedback we have received from the community and key stakeholders, the architect's professional recommendations, the guidelines of the Planning Brief, the variety of services that are required to fulfil local needs and the best use of taxpayer's money.
