If the device ceases to be a notifiable device you must notify the local authority or island or district council in writing as soon as possible.

Further Information Under the Health and Safety at Work etc.Act 1974 the operator (dutyholder) has a statutory obligation to minimise the risk of the proliferation of legionella bacteria in Cooling Towers and Evaporative Condensers.
