Welcome to the web pages for the City of Westminster's Health & Safety Team.

It is our aim to make the city a safe place for residents, businesses, and visitors. Our team is responsible for ensuring that health and safety is key to the operation of all businesses based in Westminster.

Accidents are often the result of poor health and safety arrangements and we aim to ensure that businesses are complying with the law and are minimising the risk of injury to both workers and the public.

Training Courses

Westminster City Council offers a specialist training service which is accredited by the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health and will help equip you and your team with the knowledge to protect your customers and your business. Health & Safety and Food Safety courses are delivered by professional practising Environmental Health Practitoners either at your premises or here within easy reach of transport networks at our offices in Victoria or Marylebone.
