Westminster Small & Minority Business Council
The purpose of the Westminster Small and Minority Business Council (WSMBC) is to promote economic development and regeneration among communities in Westminster. It does this by encouraging large businesses to provide training, mentoring and business opportunities for small and minority owned businesses in Westminster. Business growth means more jobs and investment. More jobs ultimately benefit the local community. It is modelled on the highly successful Houston Minority Business Council in the United States.
