We are responsible for a number of street licensing regimes. These range from licensing street trading, the use of tables and chairs on the public highway, and authorising the grant of loud speaker consents. Street trading in Westminster is regulated by the City of Westminster Act 1999.
We strongly support increasingly varied and popular markets and other street trading opportunities. We would like you to take part, and let us know what you think about our draft policy.
