Highway Land Searches

A highway land search in respect of any highway or land in the City of Westminster may be carried out by two means:

• if you require a plan to be marked up then send a letter and plan to my building address
  
  
• otherwise, send me a emailed message including your name, firm, address of searched premises, your reference (if any) and your list of questions. Please do not email me files (attachments) or any plan. I'll respond by email with a plan from my records, showing the extent of the adopted highway about the searched premises and any other related information you request. By "adopted highway" I mean a highway that is maintainable at the public expense for the purposes of the Highways Act 1980.

Vauxhall Bridge, Lambeth Bridge, Westminster Bridge, Grosvenor Road, Millbank (Vauxhall Bridge to Lambeth Bridge only), Victoria Embankment, Bressenden Gardens, Vauxhall Bridge Road, Neathouse Place, Wilton Road (Neathouse Place to Victoria Street only), Victoria Street (Bressenden Place to Buckingham Palace Road only), Bridge Place, Eccleston Bridge, Buckingham Palace Road (Eccleston Bridge to Grosvenor Gardens only), Grosvenor Gardens, Lower Grosvenor Place, Bressenden Place, Grosvenor Place, Hyde Park Corner gyratory, Park Lane, Cumberland Gate, Marble Arch, Edgware Road, St.John's Wood Road, Marylebone Road, Baker Street and Gloucester Place between Marylebone Road and Park Road, Park Road, Wellington Road, Finchley Road, Marylebone Flyover, Westway and parts of the Ranelagh Bridge and Westbourne Terrace slip roads (very short lengths parallel to Westway.
