You can now apply online for the majority of licenses that the authority is responsible for. To do so visit the relevant licensing page below and follow the links to the relevant application.

You can now view the new online public registers for all premises applications and licences. You can also now track applicaitons, set up notifications relating to applicaitons in an area, etc.
On the 8th April 2011 the Sunbeds (Regulation) Act 2010 came into force. This new Act, amoungst other things makes it a criminal offence to permit or offer the use of sunbeds to under 18's.
