
A new affordable housing development enters the final stages of completion following approval from Westminster City Council.
The development once completed will deliver 24 new build homes, comprising of 17 social housing units and 7 shared ownership properties in central London’s Pimlico.

The hunt is on to find a new home for one of London’s most loved libraries, after Westminster Council announced that its current location, Marylebone Town Hall, is likely to close for extensive refurbishment works in 2013.
In an options paper released today, the council revealed that the library would remain within the Marylebone area, and the two sites being considered were Luxborough Street and Moxon Street, both in W1.
