Knightsbridge and Belgravia is one of the larger CivicWatch / Safer Neighbourhoods areas. It holds Hyde Park Corner, Wellington Arch, the Royal Albert Hall, Knightsbridge barracks, Imperial College and several large hotels such as the Lanesborough and Mandarin Oriental Hotel. CivicWatch and the police Safer Neighbourhoods team have been focusing on several issues within Knightsbridge and Belgravia including begging, thefts of pedal cycles, thefts from motor vehicles, residential burglary and street crime..
