Regular Projects
Each City Guardian within Westbourne takes personal responsibility for a project that aims to improve the quality of life of residents within the area. These projects include:

Business Audits – Franco is responsible for continual monitoring of businesses within the ward and addressing any problems the businesses have, particularly regarding anti-social behaviour.

Over 50’s Club – Steve assists the elderly on a fortnightly basis with doing their shopping and attends the club twice a week to assist with their coffee morning and dinner club. This enables him to help the elderly with any issues that are raised surrounding anti-social behaviour and noise nuisance.

Schools – Martin visits local schools on a weekly basis, finding out if there are any problems that have been reported that the Guardians can assist with. He also ensures that the Guardians provide a visible presence at the schools to deter anti-social behaviour.

Vulnerable Residents - Jordan keeps an up to date list of all the vulnerable residents in the area. He makes regular home visits and deals with any concerns that arise during the visit.
