The City Guardians work closely with a huge variety of other teams and agencies to ensure that the local community receives the best service possible. City Guardians have personal contacts within each of the following groups, when a resident asks for information or has a problem that would be best dealt with by another team the Guardian will put them in contact.
Westminster City Council has a number of telephone lines for residents and visitors to report issues on.
Environmental Action Line – 020 7641 2000
Use this 24-hour number to report any environmental issues. This includes nuisance noise, dumped waste, abandoned vehicles, street cleansing, recycling and refuse collection.
Community Intelligence Line – 020 7641 3000
This 24-hour telephone line is provided to allow you to provide the council with intelligence about anti-social behaviour and licensing issues. The information that is collected is analysed and can be used as evidence at licensing hearings and to support the Anti-Social Behaviour Orders process.
Rough Sleepers Helpline – 020 7641 3841
A dedicated helpline for members of the public who are concerned about people sleeping rough in their area. The number is available 24 hours a day to members of the public who notice new people sleeping rough in their neighbourhood or are concerned about the deteriorating health and well being of existing rough sleepers.
