Marylebone Reading Group

Do you like reading? Do you like discussing books with other people? Want to discover new authors?

Marylebone Library’s Readers Group usually meets:

• on the second Tuesday of the month
• from 6.00 to 7.45pm
• in Marylebone Library

to talk about a chosen book, or a particular theme.

Whether it's a book for the beach, discovering a new crime novelist, dipping into the past, trying out the latest prizewinner, or just sharing recommendations, Marylebone Library Readers Group provides a forum for the sheer pleasure of talking about books.

Sessions are free, refreshments are provided, and new members are always welcome! Amongst other topics, we've read and discussed the Man Booker shortlist titles; authors linked with Black History; biographies; novels by Ian McEwan and Peter Ackroyd, and much more........
