A. Boy A is an award winning novel centered around the release of a child criminal as an adult. It was also made into a BAFTA winning film starring Andrew Garfield.

- Dads' Hour on the first Saturday of every month from 11.00am to 12 noon. Dads - come in with your kids for stories and crafts!
- Jobseekers advice / CV help sessions provided by Paddington First - free every Wednesday from 1.30-3.30pm in the Open Learning Centre. Just drop in.
- Pensions service
Regular pensions advice sessions every Friday from 2.00-3.30pm in the library. No appointment necessary. Free advice for everyone - not just pensioners. - ESOL - Basic Beginners [pre-entry] class will run on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:30-11:30am (term time only) starting 30 September
- ESOL for Citizenship classes will run on Mondays and Wednesdays 10-12 (term time only) starting 29 September.
