You can claim the concessionary rate if you are:

• a Westminster resident and you are 60 or over
• a Westminster resident currently receiving any of the following benefits: Income Support, Working Families’ Tax Credit, Housing Benefit or Job Seekers Allowance
• a claimant of any of the following benefits (regardless of where you live): Incapacity Benefit, Severe Disablement Allowance, Disabled Person’s Tax Credit, Disability Living Allowance or Attendance Allowance.

You will need to show the appropriate documentary proof each time you claim the concession.
